Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, schedule sessions, provide our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers.
4. Session Information
What you share in a session with our professionals is confidential. We do not record session content in our website systems. We disclose nothing without your consent, except where there is a risk of serious harm or where disclosure is required by law.
5. Service Providers We Use
We use trusted service providers to run our website and communicate with you. These include WhatsApp and Meta (messaging), Google (website analytics, Maps and Reviews), our website hosting provider and our email provider. Each provider receives only the minimum information needed and is required to protect it. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to keep them. After that, details are deleted or anonymised.
7. Children's Data
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian consent is required before we begin, and we handle young people's information with extra care.
8. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023
